Hello Susana

We have been watching on the news in the UK all about the terrible floods in Madeira. We are very very sad that there are so many people who have died, and the awful damage and disruption that you must all be suffering. There had already been storms and landslides before we arrived but nothing so bad of course. We hope that all of you on the Island recover as quickly as possible from this disaster, and that you will be given all the support you need.
Although in the circumstances it seems irrelevant to talk about what happened with your service just a week or so ago, I feel I should give you my feedback, as I would normally do this.
We used your company for the taxi transfer inwards and outwards, and the service was absolutely excellent. The driver was in both cases very courteous and helpful and spoke very good English. Everything was 100% as arranged with no problems whatsoever. I have no hesitation in recommending you as a first-rate taxi service in Madeira.
The recent news about the floods has, if anything, made us even more determined to return to your lovely Island before too long, and when we do we shall certainly use your service again.

Great service.
